At Kasven Fashion, we are committed to providing quality products and a smooth shopping experience.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery only in case the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.

Customers are requested to record an unboxing video while opening the package. This may be required to verify claims related to damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products.

Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original tags and packaging will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Minor colour variations may occur due to photography, lighting, or differences in screen displays and will generally not be considered a defect.

Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to reflect may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
